How to use the Rigging Cart ?
Take the position cart next to the glider fuselage behind the wing position. (considering
the center of the wing gravity) with the cradle in a vertical
position.The wing clamp out of the way from the trailer. Place the
wing in the cradle, secure the wing clamp and lift the wing by the
spar. Wheel the wing away from the fuselage and rotate the wing to a
horizontal position. Position the wing perpendicular to the
fuselage and insert the spar. You may need to make lateral and vertical
adjustments using the electronic drive jack on the sliding axle to
properly fit the wing to the fuselage. Place the wing stand under the wingtip and move the cart to the opposite side of the fuselage. Repeat the procedure with the other wing.
The assembly with a rigging cart and remote control electronic drive system is very simplified and easy to fit the wing to the fuselage. You can correct both of the axis (24x24 cm)/10x10 inch/ from wherever you hold the wing.
Two 12 V reduction drive electromotors drive the boath of axes. The battery: 12V; 7,2 Ah ).
Four channal remote control (RC) system:
RC has four buttons ( up – down , left – right ). When you push the button – the motor starts to move one of the axis where you wanted it to be positioned. If you forget to stop the motor it stops on the end of the axis, because of the four end switches stop the motor.
The cart can elevate a wing weight up to 150 kg – possibly even more. It is modifided for many wing shapes. The wing holder can change the position (80 mm) - it depends on the wing gravity. The lifting hight is from 620 mm up to 1120 mm
